LOMONDO OLIVE OIL MUDGEE
Lomondo Olive Oil has plenty of character. Our oil has a brilliant, fresh, grassy aroma with a fruity start, ending in a peppery finish. With its striking green colour and opaqueness Lomondo Olive Oil glides over the palate, leaving
a spicy, fresh taste in the mouth. The perfect accompaniment to any meal.
Lomondo's Aged Caramelised Balsamic has been aged in oak barrels for up to five years. The red wine vinegar used in the development stage has been hand made from local Mudgee red wine grapes which gives our vinegar its delicous rich, sweet flavour. Drizzle over a salad, glaze a leg of lamb or have with poached pears, our balsamic is sure to become a staple in your pantry.

our olive trees
QUALITY OLIVE TREES PRODUCE QUALITY OIL
With an altitude from around 450 to 1000 metres above sea level, Mudgee is the perfect climate for growing olive trees. Our grove has over 10 thousand olive trees consisting of the much-loved Italian varieties Corregiola, Frantoio and Manzanillo. Our trees are suited to cold winters and hot summers of the Mudgee region and we harvest around Easter time each year.
