Gold medal win for Lomondo in Perth Sunday, September 22, 2013 @ 12:39:08

Lomondo’s place as one of Australia’s leading extra virgin olive oils has been confirmed with a GOLD MEDAL at the Royal Perth Show.

Of 155 entries only eight received a gold medal, Lomondo upstaging some of the biggest players in the Australian Olive Oil Industry.

The judges praising Lomondo and describing it in glowing terms.

“Fresh green tomato leaf and herbal aroma and flavours. Good balance of bitterness and pungency.
Interesting complex oil with long finish.”

The gold medal continues Lomondo’s outstanding success since launching four years ago.

Lomondo has now won more than 30 medals at shows around Australia and is in line for further success at the National Awards in Hobart in two weeks time.
